Higher Education Leadership Option (Part-Time)
This part-time option (referred to as the Higher Education Leadership option) serves the educational and logistical needs of professionals currently engaged in student affairs (or closely related) work who want to earn a master's degree.Ìý
- While the CSP program was established in 1970, the Higher Education Leadership (HEL) option began its inaugural year in Fall 2015 and enrolls new students each semester with Fall 2026 as the next scheduled matriculation date.Ìý
- This is a 36-credit, part-time graduate school option.
- TheÌý curriculum Ìýmeets CAS standards, which offer essential guidelines for graduate programs in student affairs, ensuring alignment with professional competencies and best practices in higher education.
- Courses are offered in a hybrid or online learning environment.Ìý
- With our theory-to-practice model, the application of classroom concepts to real-world student affairs work is a critical part of your classroom discussions and course assignments.
- In small classes, you and your colleagues will learn and support each other as students and student affair professionals.
- Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis for each semester and summer. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
