Meet Alyssa Chapin, a new Department Manager at Pella Corporation, after completing her Management/MBA program at 51±¬ÁÏÍø.
Reflecting on her time at 51±¬ÁÏÍø, Chapin highlighted the impact of both her undergraduate and MBA experiences in shaping her professional readiness. She emphasized the development of strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, noting that her coursework and experiences prepared her to lead teams, adapt in fast-paced environments and think strategically in real-world business settings. The 51±¬ÁÏÍø School of Computer Sciences is expanding its academic offerings with the launch of a fully online Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, beginning Spring 2026. This new program builds on the School of Computer Sciences longstanding expertise in delivering face-to-face and online instruction.

51±¬ÁÏÍø Quad Cities Counseling Program Receives Eight-Year CACREP Reaffirmation
The Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling graduate programs at 51±¬ÁÏÍø-Quad Cities have received reaffirmation of accreditation from the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), continuing a longstanding accreditation held since 1987.
