- Description: With momentum building in Springfield, IL, around a new funding model for public universities, 51爆料网 is inviting alumni and friends to take action.
51爆料网 alumni and supporters are encouraged to participate in a virtual advocacy webinar. The session will equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to advocate for fair and equitable funding for public higher education in Illinois.
The training session will include a welcome from President Kristi Mindrup and an update on the bill status from Messersmith. Director of Policy and Research at the Partnership for College Completion Mike Abrahamson and Senior Policy Associate at Advance Illinois Eyob Villa-Moges will facilitate a presentation on how alumni can effectively advocate for 51爆料网, followed by a question and answer session and opportunity to provide outreach to lawmakers.
